In Case You Missed It…The 5 Best Sleep Stories of 2020

With sleep and wellness on our minds more than ever this year, here are some of the Sleep Secrets and Inspirations 2020 highlights to revisit.


While 2020 had its fair share of “downs” throughout the year, I wanted to take this time to reflect on some of the “ups” as we approach the New Year! It is easy to get caught up in the negatives, but for many of us, this year brought new kinds of joy and brightness as well. Whether it was more time spent with your family, or just more time to do the things that you have been putting off, we can take the time for find silver linings in the craziness.

One of the silver linings for me, is that with all the newfound interest in sleep, health and wellness, I was inspired to create and launch Sleep Secrets and Inspirations™. In my new blog, I am able to share my expertise on sleep materials research and design, and demystify the sleep experience with an informative and fun-filled conversation on how sleep helps people with everyday living. I have spent the year sharing with you all my tips and tricks on picking your favorite sleep products. This has been such a fun journey for me, and a brand new way to connect with my audience.
